Target Audience
We are taking engineers of textile machineries as our target audience. Textile engineers are those
person who repairs textile machineries and do servicing of the same. They are experts of handling
any kind of fault that accrue in textile machinery. These engineers in India is our target audience.

Motive of E-BZBS Application
We are planning collaboration with Textile engineers. We have also created contest for Textile
engineers. We will be giving certain reward to the winners of the contest. To decide the winners of
the contest that we have created we will need some data from Textile engineers related to textile
machinery servicing. This application will connect Textile engineers with us directly. With use of this
application Textile engineers can send data related to servicing of the textile machineries. This data
include- Date of servicing textile machinery, Name of owner of the machinery, contact details of the
owner, list of spare parts Engineers will use while servicing of the machinery, Name of the shop from
where engineers will buy textile machinery spare parts.

Benefit to Target Audience
By the use of E-BZBS, Our target audience (Textile machinery engineers) can send accurate data
related to servicing of the textile machinery immediately and without any delay so we can give them
feedback related to servicing whenever required.

Benefit to Us
We will be connected to Textile engineers more firmly. We will receive accurate data related to
textile machinery from Textile Engineers. In future this will also help us in deciding the winners of
the contest that we have created.

Features
We have included mainly two features in our application which will be enough to receive and send
data with our Target audience (Textile Engineers). Two features are as below,
1) Create Bill
2) View Reports

1) Create Bill
With this feature engineers will share certain details with us related to Textile machinery
servicing. This Data include Name of the textile machinery owner (Khata Name), Contact
number of the owner, Shop Name from where they will be buying spare parts for Textile
machinery servicing, contact number of the shop owner, date of the bill and images of
the bill which is created by shop.
After filling all the details Engineers will submit this report to us at the same time so we
will be able to keep records of the same. This records will help us in deciding winners of
the contest that we have created in future.

2) View Reports
With these feature Textile engineers will be able to view all the reports (In form of
Images) Which they will submit to us related Textile machinery servicing.

Additional Feature (Notifications)
We are also providing notification feature on the home screen in our E-BZBS application.
This feature will enable us to share important news (With Image) related to any kind of
events we will be planning in future (Such as exhibition), meetings, new product
launching, product price updates with Textile machinery Engineers.
